East Cleveland man on the run wanted for aggravated murder
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -This week’s Cuyahoga’s Most Wanted features an East Cleveland man accused of an aggravated murder last month.
According to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County, in January, David Wayne Garner is accused of pulling his truck into the front yard of a home in the 1700 block of Shaw Avenue.
He pulled up next to a car parked in the driveway and allegedly began shooting at, and killing Rayshawn Brinkley who was sitting in the car.
Garner then took off in his 2019 black Dodge Ram pickup and has been on the run since.
Reports show that Garner has an extensive criminal history with the sheriff’s department dating back to 2002.
Garner is described as 6’0” and 170 pounds, and was last known to be staying in the 15000 block of Welton Drive in East Cleveland.

Tips that lead to an arrest and a conviction could be eligible for up to a $5,000 reward.
