Cleveland teen missing since March 16, police say
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 16-year-old lady was final seen on March 16, Cleveland police say.
Cierra Farmer was final seen within the space of West one hundred and thirtieth Road and Lorain Avenue, in response to police.
Farmer has black hair and brown eyes, officers say.
Police say Farmer was final seen sporting a black Nike hoodies and black Nike jogging pants.
