CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police are looking for man who fled an ambulance that was taking him to a psychiatric facility.
Cleveland police mentioned Jermain Williams is taken into account lacking and endangered.
Williams ran away from the ambulance round 8 a.m. Friday within the space of West twenty fifth Avenue and Marvin Avenue, in response to police.
