CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Northeast Ohio man was sentenced to 60 months in jail for exchanging sexually specific messages with an undercover officer who he believed was a 13-year-old woman.

In line with the U.S. Lawyer’s Workplace Western District of Virginia, Matthew Benjamin Foltz used the app “Whisper” to converse with a person impersonating a youngster.

Foltz, of Cleveland, tried a number of instances throughout the message exchanges to deliver the 13-year-old woman again to his Ohio house “in order that he might impregnate her and instructor her how you can please him sexually.”

Investigators stated Foltz, who additionally used an alias to establish himself, supplied {a photograph} and airline data for a flight to Ohio.
