CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -There are 4,700 First Vitality prospects with out energy in Cleveland on account of a hearth at a substation on E. fifty fifth Road.

The substation is positioned within the 24OO block of East fifty fifth

In accordance with First Vitality crews are on-site and can start making repairs as soon as the fireplace is extinguished.

First Vitality hopes to have prospects again up and operating by 9 p.m.
