Cleveland City Council announces new rail safety resolution

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – In response to the continuing cleanup in East Palestine from the Norfolk Southern prepare derailment, Cleveland Metropolis Council has introduced new emergency resolutions urging congressional motion to make sure security in cities alongside rail strains.
