7-year-old boy dies after being shot in Cleveland’s Clark Fulton neighborhood

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 7-year-old boy was killed after a capturing incident in Cleveland Saturday afternoon.

Cleveland police Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia confirmed the capturing occurred at round 2 p.m. on March 11 within the 3200 block of West thirtieth Avenue.

That is within the metropolis’s Clark Fulton neighborhood.

Ciaccia stated the 7-year-old was taken to MetroHealth Hospital, the place he was later pronounced deceased.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Workplace recognized the 7-year-old as Demetrius Dunlap.

Ciaccia confirmed the circumstances behind the capturing are unknown.

Police say the capturing might contain a self-inflicted gunshot wound as a result of little one’s entry to a firearm.
