2 firefighters injured battling house fire on Cleveland’s West Side
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Two Cleveland firefighters were injured while battling a house fire on the city’s West Side.
According to the Cleveland Division of Fire’s X page, a fire started at a home in the 3600 block of W. 102nd Street at 9:30 a.m.
Multiple victims have been rescued, according to fire officials.
CFD says the firefighter was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition.
CFD confirmed a second firefighter injured their shoulder fighting the blaze.
Firefighters confirmed the cause of the fire was electrical and accidental.
