19 First Alert Weather Day: Flooding concerns this morning, clearing by afternoon

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect portions of Northeast Ohio until 11 AM Saturday.

We are tracking a line of storms through Northern Indiana which have a history of producing wind gusts in excess of 60 MPH.

Heavy rainfall which could lead to flooding remains possible as well.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 8 AM Saturday.

A few storms moved into northeast Ohio during the afternoon.

Storms will gradually wind down by mid-to-late morning Saturday.

The latest data indicates that only isolated showers and storms will be possible Saturday afternoon.

Saturday will be quite humid.

Temperatures will top out around 80 degrees.

Sunday will be a bit less humid.

Expect plenty of sunshine and highs in the upper 70s.
