11-year-old missing, endangered Cleveland boy found safe: Police

Cleveland Police Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz confirmed around 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 10 that the missing 11-year-old boy has been located safe. Please see below for 19 News’ original coverage.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 11-year-old boy they say is endangered.

CPD says Rocky Tippens was last seen at 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 8 when he was leaving his home, located in the 7200 block of Rathburn Avenue.

CPD says Rocky ran through the yard wearing no shoes and jumped a fence.

CPD says Rocky is 4 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. Rocky was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants or shorts.

CPD says Rocky has ADHD and autism, adding he recently ran away but returned home shortly after.
