Woman shot, killed while confronting garage burglar in Auburn Gresham
CHICAGO (WLS) — A girl was shot and killed in Auburn Gresham whereas confronting a person who was burglarizing her storage, Chicago police mentioned.
Police mentioned the 21-year-old girl walked into her storage whereas it was being burglarized round 7:45 p.m. within the 7500-block of South Wolcott.
The burglar shot her within the chest, again and arm, killing her, CPD mentioned.
The shooter then fled the scene. Nobody is at the moment in custody. An investigation by Space Two detectives is ongoing.
Police haven’t launched any description of the suspect. The sufferer has not but been recognized.
