PHILADELPHIA — Chartered in 1859, the Philadelphia Zoo is America’s First Zoo.
It was designed to be a spot the place Philadelphians might come and recognize wildlife from everywhere in the world. Nevertheless it has a spooky secret: it is believed to be haunted.
On the Zoo grounds is a constructing generally known as The Solitude.
The Solitude was constructed earlier than the zoo’s inception in 1784 for John Penn, William Penn’s grandson, as a solution to escape the hustle and bustle of town.
Immediately, many zoo workers have reported seeing apparitions, the sound of music taking part in within the cryptoporticus, and a light-weight within the attic that likes to show itself on.
Different buildings on the grounds which have suspected paranormal exercise are the Penrose Laboratory, The Shelly Constructing, and the Treehouse.
