Stranger buys Air Jordans for teen with autism in random act of kindness

CHICAGO (WLS) — A random act of kindness from a whole stranger made a teen with autism and his mom’s day.

Theresa Hunt and her 16-year-old son Xavier, who has autism, had been buying at Brickyard Mall for his birthday. Xavier needed to get Air Jordans, however they had been too dear.

Hunt stated she provided to purchase him completely different sneakers as a substitute, and that they had been speaking about how properly he was doing at school. Once they went to pay, a person who had overheard was in line in entrance of them with the Air Jordans Xavier had needed. She stated he paid for them, handed them to her son and wished him properly at school earlier than leaving.

“I am at all times blessing others, however to obtain a blessing out of nowhere like that, it simply feels good. It simply provides me hope,” Hunt stated.

The type stranger left too rapidly for Hunt to get his title, however she stated she needs him to know they’re so grateful.
