River North restaurant celebrates Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month
Sunda New Asian is an award-winning restaurant idea that includes elevated Southeast Asian culinary and beverage experiences, based by serial entrepreneur, restaurateur and tv character Billy Dec, whose Filipino roots drive the imaginative and prescient for the Sunda model.

The Philippines: Cebu Lechon – roasted lemongrass pork, foie gras gravy

This 90-minute class is ideal for celebrating AANHPI month, date evening, weekend outings or woman’s evening out. Visitors will make three rolls: one sushi roll, one hand roll and selection of 1 further sushi or hand roll. Visitors also can improve their expertise with add-ons like Wok-Tossed Shishito Peppers, Spicy Edamame, Seaweed Salad, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Tiger Shrimp Tempura, Miso Cauliflower, Lemongrass Beef Lollipops or Lumpia.
