North Chicago man killed in Wadsworth car crash, Lake County Sheriff’s Office says

Sheriff’s deputies had been dispatched to the 16000 block of West Illinois Route 173 in Wadsworth for a single-vehicle visitors crash at about 3:00 a.m. Sunday. For an unknown cause, the Chevrolet Blazer entered the westbound lanes of visitors and went into the embankment on the north facet of the roadway. The Chevrolet Blazer struck a utility pole and bushes earlier than coming to a cease on its facet.

Crash investigators and the Lake County Coroner’s Workplace are working to find out if impairment was an element on this crash.
