No bond for Rosemont mall shooting suspect charged with murder, police say

Police stated Jose G. Matias, 18, of Chicago has been charged with first-degree homicide. He has additionally been charged with tried first-degree homicide, aggravated discharged of a firearm and aggravated illegal use of a weapon.
