Kanye West’s image painted over in Chicago mural amid backlash over antisemitic comments
CHICAGO (WLS) — A mural of Kanye West in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood is now painted over.
The Chicago native and rapper is dealing with mounting criticism over antisemitic remarks he is made in latest weeks.
A number of firms have terminated offers with him.

The artist who created the mural posted to social media the brand new model of the mural with West blacked out with the caption “We want higher function fashions.”
The 14-foot mural is positioned on the intersection of North Sangamon Avenue and West Lake Avenue.
