WILLIS, Texas — A 17-year-old woman is charged within the demise of a 16-year-old boy after doing automotive donuts at a comfort retailer on Saturday morning.

At about 4:49 a.m. Joelissa Hernandez was driving a 2007 Toyota Corolla within the rear parking zone of Ok & M Meals Mart in Texas.
