David A. Arnold, stand-up comedian and star of Netflix specials, dies at 54

LOS ANGELES — David A. Arnold, a comic who was a producer of the “Fuller Home” reboot and the creator and showrunner of Nickelodeon’s “That Lady Lay Lay,” has died. He was 54.

Arnold’s household mentioned in an announcement Thursday that the docs “dominated the reason for loss of life attributable to pure causes.” His household mentioned he died peacefully on Wednesday in his residence.
