David A. Arnold, stand-up comedian and star of Netflix specials, dies at 54
LOS ANGELES — David A. Arnold, a comic who was a producer of the “Fuller Home” reboot and the creator and showrunner of Nickelodeon’s “That Lady Lay Lay,” has died. He was 54.
