CTA bus involved in Uptown crash, causing some delays: Chicago police

CHICAGO (WLS) — A CTA bus was concerned in a crash early Wednesday morning on the North Aspect that prompted some delays and reroutes, Chicago police and CTA officers stated.

The bus was seen stopped close to the intersection of Marine Drive and Lawrence Avenue in Uptown about 5:30 a.m.

Chicago police didn’t instantly present details about how the crash occurred or if anybody was injured.

CTA stated 81 Lawrence buses had been quickly rerouted by way of Lawrence, Clarendon Avenue, Wilson Avenue and Marine Drive east and Marine Drive, Foster Avenue, Sheridan Street and Lawrence west.
