Chicago shooting: Man shot after argument on CTA bus in Lawndale, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) — A person was shot after an argument on a CTA bus early Sunday morning on the West Facet.

The 31-year-old is predicted to be okay, Chicago police stated.

Police stated the incident started with a verbal argument involving one other passenger on a CTA bus in Lawndale’s 700 block of South Pulaski. A number of pictures had been fired at about 12:15 a.m. and the person struck in the fitting leg.

The bus driver stooped after listening to gunshots and the shooter left the bus and fled north, police stated.

The person was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, the place he was in good situation, police stated. Nobody was in custody.
