Chicago shooting: Man charged after 12-year-old boy fatally shot while lying in bed to be arraigned

CHICAGO (WLS) — The person charged within the capturing demise of a 12-year-old boy on town’s South Facet might be arraigned this week.

Prosecutors mentioned Jaran Hughes fired the shot that killed Marcell Wilson on Jan. 2 in Englewood.
