Chicago crime: Man seriously hurt after dog attack, robbery in Jackson Park, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) — A person is in critical situation after he was robbed and attacked by a canine Saturday morning on the South Aspect, Chicago police stated.

A 30-year-old man was trying to enter his parked automobile at about 4:30 a.m. in Jackson Park’s 2000 block of East 67th Avenue when a pit bull started to assault him, police stated. Two unknown offenders then approached the person and took his belongings.

The sufferer sustained canine bites and lacerations to his left arm and each legs, police stated. He self-transported to the College of Chicago Medical Heart, the place he’s in critical situation.

Nobody is in custody. Space One detectives are investigating.
