CHICAGO (WLS) — In its fifteenth anniversary yr, Heart on Halsted Human First Gala brings collectively the neighborhood and allies in a night of celebration to acknowledge the contributions that people, companies, and different organizations have made to the lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, transgender and queer neighborhood in Chicago.
