Aunt accused of pushing 3-year-old nephew into Lake Michigan at Navy Pier pleads not guilty

CHICAGO (WLS) — The girl accused of pushing her nephew into Lake Michigan at Navy Pier, inflicting his dying, has pleaded not responsible.

Prosecutors stated Victoria Moreno pushed the 3-year-old boy, Josiah Bell Brown, into the water again in September and did nothing to assist get him out.

The incident was captured on surveillance video, prosecutors stated.

She’s going through a first-degree homicide cost.

In line with her protection attorneys, Moreno has been identified with melancholy, anxiousness and bipolar dysfunction, a situation for which she takes treatment.
