6 injured, 2 seriously, in fire at Aurora apartment building; woman jumps to safety

AURORA, In poor health. (WLS) — Six folks have been hospitalized early Wednesday morning after a fireplace at an condominium constructing in west suburban downtown Aurora, hearth officers mentioned.

The fireplace broke out simply earlier than 12:25 a.m. at 15. N. Broadway, Aurora Hearth Battalion Chief Jim Rhodes mentioned. Six folks wanted to be rescued from the constructing, as they’d turn out to be trapped, he mentioned.
