Valerie Bertinelli on Her Weight: “Enough. I’m Done Judging Myself” (Watch Video)

The 62-year-old actor went on The Kelly Clarkson Present to advertise her new e book, Sufficient Already: Studying to Love the Approach I Am As we speak.

“Why did you name the e book ‘Sufficient Already’?” Clarkson requested.

Bertinelli has struggled along with her weight since she was a baby.

Now, Bertinelli is shining a light-weight on the difficulty and inspiring different individuals to take cost of their private story.

Clarkson famous that Bertinelli’s new e book is the right device for her mission: “I really like the [book] title, as a result of it’s very welcoming to so many individuals which have the identical battle inside themselves, that they’re attempting to beat.”
