Spencer Savings welcomes new VP of small business finance | ROI-NJ

Elmwood Park-based Spencer Savings Bank on Wednesday announced it welcomed Jesse Oliver as a vice president of small business finance. Oliver will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the bank’s Small Business Lending Division. He will participate in the implementation of new small business lending and deposit products, as well as assist in overall strategy development, lending sales production, strong client experience and team development.

Oliver is a business banking professional with almost two decades of experience. Prior to joining Spencer, he held various leadership positions at large financial institutions in the state. His work has been centered around developing strong client relations, managing resources, expenses, regulatory and compliance oversight of major client portfolios.
