A graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Frank brings diversified experience in different industries such as education, agriculture and healthcare. Most recently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting for Dairy Farmers of America,
Inc., she also previously held leadership roles in regional healthcare systems in the Syracuse and Utica markets.
