Roma Green Finance filed for an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
Roma Green said its mission is to offer “clients a one-stop destination for high-quality and holistic sustainability and climate change related consulting services.”
Roma Green Finance said it is a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands conducting operations in Hong Kong through its subsidiary, Roma Risk Advisory Ltd., and in Singapore through Roma Advisory Pte. Ltd.
The company said it expects to offer 2,458,155 ordinary shares, while a selling shareholder will offer an additional 546,257 ordinary shares. The offering is expected to price at $4 to $5 per share, the company said.
The company also said it intends to apply to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol ROMA.
Spartan Capital Securities is listed as the offering’s underwriter.
