Holders Know-how PLC on Tuesday named Mehul Shah as its group finance director as Paul Geraghty retires from the board.
The lighting-technology firm mentioned Mr. Shah brings his finance expertise gained at TfL, Costain and Jaspar Group.
The appointment is a part of a deliberate succession technique, it added.
