Former SoCal correctional officer arrested for alleged sexual relationship with juvenile inmate
A former Riverside County correctional officer was arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a juvenile inmate.
The suspect was identified as Cecilia Pulido, 42, of Moreno Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Pulido is accused of having sexual contact and an inappropriate relationship with a male juvenile who was in custody. She was employed as a correctional officer with the Riverside County Probation Department during the alleged incidents.
On Jan. 24, she was arrested and faces several charges including annoying and molesting a child, sexual contact with a prisoner or inmate and more.
“Pulido was hired by the Riverside County Probation Department in December of 2023 as a Probation Corrections Officer, however, she resigned before these allegations were revealed,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
No further details were released as the case remains under investigation.

Hospital needs help identifying man found unconscious in downtown Los Angeles
A hospital needs help identifying a male patient who was found injured and unconscious in downtown Los Angeles.
The man is believed to be in his 30s, according to the Los Angeles General Medical Center.
He was found injured on the ground on Omar Street and has been hospitalized since June 22.
He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 176 pounds. He has brown eyes, dark brown hair and tattoos across his upper body.
He did not have any personal belongings to help staff identify him or contact loved ones. Workers did not disclose the nature of his injuries.
