WHITEFISH – Near 1000 acres of pristine farm and wildlife land within the Flathead and Mission valleys can be completely protected because of conservation easements.

A complete of 655 acres of wealthy farmland can be protected within the Flathead alongside the Stillwater River southwest of Whitefish. The acreage consists of 1.7 miles of riparian forest and wetlands protected alongside the river, a key wildlife habitat space.
