An obvious home made pipe bomb was discovered behind a Catholic church Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia, in keeping with police. The 18-inch PVC pipe bomb was noticed by a passerby at about 1:40 p.m. on the St. Dominic Catholic Church, Fox Information reported, citing native authorities. The gadget had capped ends and an unknown black powder on it, in keeping with the report. Close by streets had been blocked off as the town’s bomb squad rushed to the scene, the outlet…
