Hawaii city approves ban on short-term vacation rentals outside resort areas

The Honolulu Metropolis Council voted Wednesday to approve a invoice that will ban any short-term trip leases outdoors of resort areas.

Invoice 41 handed with a vote of 8 to 1 and now goes to Mayor Rick Blangiardi’s desk, in line with Hawaii Information Now.
