COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A shelter-in-place alert was activated for a neighborhood simply northeast of Palmer Park in Colorado Springs Tuesday evening.

“That is the Colorado Springs Police Division with an emergency message. At this time is 06-28-2022.
