California woman struck by car, killed while trying to help ‘someone stuck in snow’

A California lady has died after getting hit by a car whereas making an attempt to assist “somebody caught within the snow,” her household says. 

Barbie Hughes was in Polique Canyon within the Massive Bear Lake space of San Bernadino County the night of Saturday, Feb. 25, when she was struck, in keeping with a Fb submit. A number of toes of snow have been reported within the space.

Hughes’ household stated following the incident that she was taken to an area hospital, the place her mom, Sheree, was “capable of be there along with her whereas she was awake.”
