California woman fatally shot by officers was armed with pellet gun

Los Angeles police shot and killed a lady who pointed a pellet gun at officers, authorities stated Thursday.

Police responded Wednesday evening following a report of a lady who pointed a handgun at a passerby, in line with Officer Melissa Podany.

When officers encountered the suspect, she pointed the weapon at them and so they opened hearth, officers stated.

The unidentified, girl, described as being in her 40s, was pronounced useless at a hospital, the Los Angeles Instances reported.
