Bay Area man missing missing due to ‘suspicious circumstances’: Police
OAKLAND, Calif. – An Alameda County resident has gone beneath “suspicious circumstances,” Oakland police stated.
The Oakland Police Division stated it is asking the general public for assist in finding 63-year-old Julio Chavez-Montoya, who was final seen within the 900 block of Stannage Ave. in Albany, in response to authorities.

Police didn’t specify what “suspicious circumstances” meant in Chavez-Montoya’s disappearance. Officers stated the Berkeley Police Division reached out to OPD Monday and stated Chavez-Montoya was final seen on Jan. 29 and his clothes description is unknown.

Chavez-Montoya is a Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. He stands at 5 ft 5 inches and weighs round 140 kilos.
