Arizona wing Dalen Terry to enter NBA Draft while maintaining college eligibility

Dalen Terry is able to take a look at the NBA Draft waters.

The Arizona sophomore wing introduced Friday that he’ll enter the NBA Draft whereas sustaining his school eligibility.

“I wish to thank your complete Arizona neighborhood for accepting a Phx child with open arms and making me really feel at house in Tucson,” Terry wrote in an announcement posted to Twitter. “I wish to thank my household for all the time pushing me encouraging me to chase my desires. With out everybody one among you sacrificing for me, I wouldn’t be right here in the present day.”

Terry is the third Arizona participant to enter his title within the NBA Draft. Not like Bennedict Mathurin and Christian Koloko, Terry is giving himself the power to return to school, presumably by hiring an NCAA-certified agent.

Terry has till June 1 to withdraw from the draft.

The 6-foot-7, 195 pound Phoenix native emerged as Arizona’s glue man final season, averaging 8 factors, 4.8 rebounds and three.9 assists.

Terry scored a career-high 17 factors in Arizona’s Candy 16 loss to Houston within the NCAA Match.

ESPN ranks Terry No. 43 in its newest NBA Draft massive board.
