Arizona man found with nearly 100 pounds of meth during traffic stop, DPS says
YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. – A visitors cease in Yuma County led to the seizure of practically 100 kilos of meth on June 23, says the Arizona Division of Public Security (DPS).
The incident unfolded when DPS says a trooper pulled over 27-year-old Jesus Alvarado-Flores, of Yuma, on suspicion of shifting violations on I-8.
“Throughout the visitors cease, the trooper noticed indications of legal exercise. Whereas conducting a search of the automobile, the trooper situated roughly 93.5 kilos of methamphetamine hid all through the truck,” DPS stated.
Alvarado-Flores was booked into the Yuma County Jail on suspicion of possession and transportation of harmful medicine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
