Police: Man’s body found tied, handcuffed in Woodland Hills

Authorities are investigating a ugly murder that occurred final week in Woodland Hills.

The physique of a Riverside County man was discovered Thursday at a residence on the 20200 block of Ventura Boulevard round 5:30 p.m.

Police mentioned the person’s physique was mendacity on the bottom in a room; his ft have been tied collectively, his fingers have been handcuffed behind his again and he had strangulation marks on his neck.

The person has not but been recognized however police mentioned he’s a 42-year-old man from La Quinta.

Investigators realized that the person’s physique was discovered by a safety guard and a supervisor of the situation. He had been staying on the location since July 2021.

Detectives have canvasses the world to speak with attainable witnesses and gather surveillance footage.
