Two Central Texas teens charged in burglary of a vehicle following security camera footage given to police by resident

WACO, Texas (KWTX) – Two Central Texas youngsters have been arrested by the Robinson Police Division following the report of a housebreaking in a neighborhood from a resident who noticed them on their safety digital camera.
