California Man Dies; Wrong-Way Driver Hit SUV in Louisiana
GRAY, La. (AP) — A California man has died of accidents 11 days after a wrong-way driver on a Louisiana freeway bumped into an SUV during which he was a passenger, Louisiana State Police mentioned Friday.
The Terrebonne Parish Coroner notified state police Friday that Wayne Thomas, 63, of Los Angeles, had died Thursday night, mentioned Trooper Ross Brennan.
Police mentioned beforehand that neither Thomas nor the SUV’s driver was utilizing a seat belt when a 2018 Dodge Charger hit their 2004 Toyota Highlander head-on shortly earlier than 3 a.m. on April 3.
