“The mid-rise apartment community will sit on 11 acres of land in a growing area that is known for its quality of life,” according to the builder. The development includes a resort-style pool, clubroom, fitness center and business center.

Now Trinsic is planning a second phase, which will add another 311 units to the community. The $35 million, 414,366-square-foot project is scheduled to start late this year and open in 2025, according to planning documents filed with the state.

Womack + Hampton Architects is designing the rental development.

Trinsic has other North Texas apartment projects underway in Lewisville and Grand Prairie. It also has built and sold rental communities in Dallas, Lewisville, Plano, Grand Prairie, Grapevine and Benbrook.
