1 man killed, 1 wounded in north Oak Cliff shooting, Dallas police say

One man was killed and one other was wounded in a taking pictures Monday evening in north Oak Cliff, Dallas police say.

Shortly earlier than midnight, officers responded to calls of a taking pictures within the 700 block of West Clarendon Drive, the place they noticed a black SUV driving away. The SUV was later discovered at a close-by hospital’s emergency-room entrance.

In accordance with police, 20-year-old Steven Mendoza and a 21-year-old man have been each shot. Mendoza died on the hospital, whereas the 21-year-old was steady Tuesday.

Police decided the taking pictures occurred within the 800 block of South Tyler Avenue, close to West Pembroke Avenue — lower than half a mile away from the place the decision made, police stated.
