ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) – A big group of volunteers, residents and metropolis leaders united for the annual neighborhood cleanup within the English Avenue neighborhood on Atlanta’s west facet on Saturday.

The occasion served as an enormous reminder to many individuals that there are a whole lot of constructive issues taking place within the West Aspect neighborhood.

In wake of the violence that has plagued the town of Atlanta in current weeks, residents and metropolis leaders united to assist with an annual neighborhood clean-up on Saturday.

Organizers and volunteers met on the Lindsay Avenue Baptist Church situated at 571 Lindsay St. off of Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard.

“We’ve partnered with Fulton County Group Supervision and Fulton County Commissioner Natalie Corridor, District 4, to convey this clean-up to life,” officers instructed CBS46 Information.
