The Board of Administrators of the Rhode Island Heritage Corridor of Fame has introduced its 2023 inductees.
Based on Board President Albert Beauparlant, the Corridor of Fame, consisting of Rhode Islanders from Roger Williams and the Chief Sachems of the Narragansett and the Wampanoag tribes to the current. was created in 1965 to honor “any particular person who has introduced credit score to Rhode Island, introduced Rhode Island into prominence, and contributed to the historical past and heritage of the state.”

Beauparlant succeeded Dr. Patrick T. Conley as president. This 12 months’s annual induction ceremony–the 58th–will happen on Saturday, Could 6, 2023 at The Crowne Plaza Pavilion in Warwick.
