NorthPoint Development to Build 750,000 SF Spec Distribution Center in Windsor, Connecticut
Completion of the brand new industrial facility at 500 Groton Street in Windsor, Connecticut, is scheduled for April 2023.
WINDSOR, CONN. — Missouri-based NorthPoint Growth will construct a 750,000-square-foot speculative distribution middle at 500 Groton Street in Windsor, situated in southern Connecticut’s Fairfield County. The 93-acre web site is located throughout the I-91 hall close to the 625-acre Nice Pond master-planned growth. Constructing options will embody a transparent top of 40 toes, a complete of 75 dock doorways and parking for 150 trailers and 588 automobiles. Development is about to start in June and to be full in April 2023. NorthPoint has tapped JLL to lease the property.
