Wisconsin union accuses American Red Cross of bargaining in bad faith

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Wisconsin union representing staff of the American Crimson Cross are accusing the company Tuesday of bargaining in dangerous religion.

AFSCME Wisconsin introduced it had filed a cost with the Nationwide Labor Relations Board Tuesday morning.

AFSCME Native 1205 and 1558, which signify 300 Crimson Cross staff in Wisconsin and Iowa, say their most up-to-date contracts expired on Sept. 30, 2021, and Crimson Cross administration has canceled or rescheduled as much as 21 classes of conferences with worker bargaining committees.
